This weekend I made chicken sausage and goat cheese bread. It came out great tasting and packed with nutrients, iron and protein.

This Paleo bread is very filling and perfect for anyone looking for grain free bread alternative that's easy to digest.

This bread is perfect addition to any grain-free, gluten free life style. I hope you make it and enjoy it as much as I did!

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Cut chicken sausages in small pieces and saute (if you get fully cooked, you can skip this step), add garlic and cook until done. Remove from frying pan and let it coll down.

Combine water with sugar and oil. Add the yeast and let sit a minute.

Whisk in the egg

Add flour mix and sea salt and goat cheese.

Mix everything in food processor if you have one or by hand. For best results, let it sit for an hour.

Grease a cookie sheet or bread pan with coconut oil.

Bake for about 35 minutes (don't over bake, check bread after 25 min)

The top should be golden brown and a toothpick should come clean. You can cover it with aluminum so top doesn't get too brown.

Remove from the oven, then let cool for 15-20 minutes.

Wrap it tightly and store in the fridge for 1 week. I actually think this bread gets better as the days go on.

      Home Remedies For Warts

Warts are small benign growths on the skin, caused by a variety of related, slow-acting viruses HPV (human papilloma virus). There are at least sixty known types of HPV. Warts may appear singly or in clusters. We will talk about three types of warts: Common warts, Plantar warts, and genital warts. Common warts can be found anywhere on the body, but are most common on the hands, fingers elbows, forearms, knees, face, and the skin around the nails. Most often, they occur on skin that is expose to constant friction, trauma, or abrasion. They can also occur on the larynx (the voice box) and cause hoarseness. Common warts may be flat or raised , dry or moist, and have a rough and pitted surface that is either the same color as or slightly darker than the surrounding skin. They can be as small as a pinhead or as large as small bean. Highly contagious, the virus that causes common warts is acquired through breaks in the skin.   Common warts can spread if they picked, trimm...

Heal your liver and release the anger.

The  "Healing Sounds"  practice is one of the most well-known of the thousands of forms of Taoist Qigong . We use this Qigong practice to transform "stuck" emotional energy into nourishment for the "virtues" of the five organ-system described by Chinese Medicine. In this simplified version of the practice, we transform the stuck energy of anger , frustration or jealousy, located in the liver organ-system , into the liver's virtue of loving-kindness . Here is How: Find a quiet place to practice.   Sit upright   on the front edge of a straight-backed chair, with your feet flat on the floor, directly beneath your knees. It's also fine to sit in a cross-legged position on a cushion of the floor, if this is comfortable for you. Take a couple of   deep, slow breaths . As you exhale,   smile gently , which will help to release any unnecessary tension in your face, jaw, neck or shoulders. Feel your e nergy settling into your low...

Acupressure Points on your Feet for Headaches and Migraines

by Holly Tse, CMP at www.chinesefootreflexology.com If you get headaches or migraines, here are four acupressure  and Chinese Reflexology  points that can help you feel better right away.  Learn how to rub your feet for fast pain relief and for long-term improvement of your symptoms. Let’s face it, headaches suck! While I often write eloquently (or so I think!), there’s no other way to describe the stabbing pain that shoots up through your eye, the vise-like grip that radiates from your head to your shoulders or the incessant throbbing that leaves you feeling cranky, crabby and foggy. If it sounds like  I've  experienced some killer headaches, your assumption is 100% correct.  I've  had stabbing migraines, headaches that follow you to sleep and greet you on waking, dull achy head pain, and ocular migraines too.  Fortunately, I learned how to bring my body into balance so that I now can’t even remember when I last had ...
