Rapid Relaxation Tips

Today I want to share two easy and rapid relaxation tips that work great. If you're given to tightening up during the day because of stress, lack of sleep, a jerk for a boss, or any of the zillion other reasons most of us rarely relax, then try putting these tips to work. I learned them, by the way, from a retired college psychology professor. Whoa! Here's the first tip : Controlled Breathing The first rapid relaxation routine involves   breathing in and out (9) nine times in three  series of three breaths. Get Rid of Toxic Weight with Yoga and Cleansing

Yoga helps to keep weight off and improve overall performance of the body and mind. Add to that wrong diet, shallow breathing, poor posture, stress, and a work station that doesn't help you one bit. No wonder you end up putting on weight and feeling miserable. So why not de-stress, re-energize, jumpstart yourself? Work the kinks out of your body and mind each and every day of your life. In addition to Yoga, you should really check if you have Candida overgrowth. I was totally unaware of my Candida problem until it spread and manifested through skin, sinus and digestive disorders. I also couldn't loose any weight even though I dieted and exercised. Once I started Candida diet, I lost a lot of weight and I am keeping it off. Please read about it and the supplements I took in my post on Weight Lost, Candida, Digestion and Qigong Routi...
